Admission Policy

Who Can Attend
  • LabAsia is strictly open to trade, professional and business visitors by invitation and business card registration only. Trade buyers can pre-register online, then bring along the QR code and print the pass at the registration counter.
  • Badge holders are strictly prohibited from allowing anyone other than themselves to wear their badges. Any instances of non-compliance with this policy are subject to immediate action, including the removal of both the badge holder and the individual wearing the badge from the event premises.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person(s) into the Exhibition and Seminar Hall.
Age Restriction

Minors below 18 years of age will not be permitted into the Exhibition and Seminar Hall.

Dress Code

The dress code is strictly business attire. The following dress code/attire is NOT allowed entry into the exhibition halls:

    • Shorts/Bermudas
    • Singlet/Sleeveless Shirt/Sleeveless T-shirt
    • Slippers/Flip-Flops
    • Uncovered Footwear
Photography and Distribution Policy
  • Unauthorised photography or filming is strictly prohibited at the event. Prior written approval from the organisers is required for any photography or filming activities.
  • Distribution of unauthorised publications or materials within the exhibition venue is strictly prohibited.
