LABASIA 2011 IS OPEN!!

At 9am 27th September 2011, a joint Opening Ceremony of LabAsia 2011, Chemrax XIX and Extech 2011 were held at Dewan Tun Hussein Onn, Putra World Trade Center (PWTC). The ceremony was officiated by YB Datuk Seri Maximus johnity Ongkili, The Honourable Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Malaysia represented by Deputy Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation YB Datuk Haji Fadillah bin Haji Yusof.

A total of 1,500 people paid us a visit today consisting of scientist, researchers, chemist, lab professionals, professors and students from various universities. Group delegates from Institute for Medical Research, Malaysia Veterinary Institute, University Medical Pahang and Top Glove Sdn Bhd also came and visit us today.

We also gave out 3 booth awards today!

Innovative booth award goes to – DKSH Technology (M) Sdn Bhd

8 technical seminars were presented to the visitors today titled:

  • Hand Held Spectroscopy and Its Application by Mr. Devan Krishnan from Ornet Sdn Bhd.
